Completamente diferente de seu debut single que trazia um sonoridade mais pesada voltada ao trap, Draculdy mescla a música eletrônica e o dark pop de forma impecável. A letra é cheia de poder e faz alusão, do início ao fim, a Vlad, o Impalador, um dos governantes da Valáquia, atualmente Romênia, terra-natal da cantora. Vlad ficou conhecido como Drácula com o passar dos anos pelo seu jeito sanguinário de derrotar os otomanos. Na foto d capa, vemos Agatha com uma roupa preta e uma maquiagem sombria em um fundo cinza. Em letras brancas, com uma fonte gótica, vemos o nome da música, Draculady, que mistura as palavras Dracula e Lady.
